If you are looking for community contact and collaboration, then our live Zoom trainings are for you! Just select a course and join with the Zoom link embedded in the course content on the day of the training. Times are all listed as EST.
Purchasing a course:

Click on all courses and scroll down to choose from one of our recorded on-demand trainings or sign-up for a live Zoom trainings.
A log in password will be emailed to the email address you use when signing-up for a course. Make sure to check you junk email just in case you can’t find your password!
Use the password you were emailed to log in and access your courses.
If you have signed up for a live course, the Zoom link can be found in the course once you have logged into your dashboard.
Using Your Personal Dashboard:
Once logged in, you can click on “All Courses” in the upper right corner to view and purchase more courses.
Click on “My Dashboard” in the upper right and scroll down to view your purchased courses. Click on the course picture to access the course content. You will have access to your purchases for a lifetime!
Click on your name in the upper right corner and select “My Account” to access your profile, certificates earned, order history, and more!
Obtaining your CE certificate via PDF Pop-Up:
We suggest you use a computer or cell phone that permits pop-ups! Using a tablet can make it tricky to access your certificate.
Once logged in, you'll click on "my dashboard" (upper right-hand corner of page). That will take you to the course below. You will then click on the picture of the course to "open" the course.
From there, you will click "complete and continue" at the bottom middle of each page as you view video, uploaded content, and complete the training. After doing that, you will be guided to complete the evaluation. The evaluation must be completed to advance you to the certificate. Once the evaluation is filled out and submitted, your CE certificate will pop-up as an available download link (pdf format).
Remember! You can also access all your certificates by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of your dashboard and select “My Account.” A box will be visible on the left side with several selections including “Certificates.”
